WORKOUT OF THE DAY:4.17.18

Warm up: 2x( 10 leg swings fwd/lateral, 10 reverse lunges, 10 russian baby makers, 15 jumping jacks) samson, calf stretch, ankle rotations.

Run: 21-15-9-6-3 of : KBS, slam balls, sit ups with slam ball. After each round, run 200m.

Cool Down: 3x( 15 pushups on Bosu, 15 Cook hip bridge, 10 each leg SLDL on Bosu) Couch/hamstring stretch.
