WORKOUT OF THE DAY: 11.21.17

  • Warm up: 500m row easy, 10 leg swings fwd and lateral, 10 reverse lunges, 10 side to side lunges, 10 Russian baby makers, 10 ankle rotations each way, calf/Samson stretch.
  • Run: “Short Tosh” 3 rds (100m+200m+400m). Rest the exact time it takes you to do each interval.
  • Cool Down: 3 position Max time plank hold, 20 Russian twist on Bosu ball, 10 ab wheel roll out, 20 SLDL (10 each leg), 20 Vups
