WORKOUT OF THE DAY: 11.06.17

    • WORKOUT OF THE DAY:11.7.17
    • Warm up: 400m as pick ups, 10 leg swings fwd and lateral, 10 reverse lunges, 10 side to side lunges, 10 russian baby makers,  5 push up with T rotation, samson stretch, ankle stretch.
    • Run: 1 mile TT, rest 3 minutes, 1 mile TT
    • Cool Down: 3 position max time plank holds, 20 russian twists on Bosu, 10 roll outs, Couch/Hamstring stretch

WORKOUT OF THE DAY:11.09.17

  • Warm up: 10 jumping jacks, 10 high knee, 10 butt kick, 10 leg swings, 10 reverse lunges, 10 pigs on ice, samson stretch, ankle rotations.
  • Run: Death by 10m.
  • Cool Down: 3 position max time plank holds, 10 SLDL with press , 10 Vups, 10 superman, couch/hamstring stretch.
