- Warm up: 400m as pick ups, 10 leg swings fwd and lateral, 10 reverse lunges, 10 side to side lunges, 10 russian baby makers, 5 push up with T rotation, samson stretch, ankle stretch.
- Run: 1 mile TT, rest 3 minutes, 1 mile TT
- Cool Down: 3 position max time plank holds, 20 russian twists on Bosu, 10 roll outs, Couch/Hamstring stretch
