Monday through Wednesday: 5:30am, 12:00pm, 5:00pm, 6:00pm
Friday: 5:30am, 12:00pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm
Sunday: 1:00pm (women’s only fitness class)
Monday -Wednesday: 8am to Noon
Thursday: 9am-Noon and 4pm-7pm
Friday: 9am to Noon
Saturday: 10am to 11am
Sunday: 9am to 11am
