CrossFit Rock Hill provides 1 hour classes. All classes are coach led with warm-ups provided. Just walk through the door each day, bring some intensity and you will get an awesome workout.
We also specialize in athletic performance, sport specific training is available and flexible. We focus primarily on ages 11-17 in preparation for college recruitment.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change exercise programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our military, skiers, mountain bike riders, and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
